Ammar Zoeb Dhariwala joins Gresham Global as our new Head of Business Operations.
Ammar brings over a decade of experience across higher education, stakeholder engagement, and regional market strategy. He most recently served as Director Trade and Investment (Education) at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, where he led South Asia strategies for Australian universities across recruitment, transnational education, and market development.
His previous roles at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, combined with his early career in ed-tech and digital marketing, give him a strong foundation in outreach, innovation, and data-informed operations, making him a valuable addition to our senior leadership team.
In his role, Ammar will oversee operational strategy across client engagement, team performance, reporting, and delivery. He will play a key role in aligning our workstreams across South Asia and strengthening the value we deliver to our university partners.
As we continue to grow, Ammar’s leadership marks an important step in enhancing our operational effectiveness, responsiveness, and regional impact.
