Compliance & Admissions Associate - UK University

About the job:

Build broad knowledge of partner university admission activities and guidelines.

Having a thorough knowledge of the product or service offerings.

Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, following up on enquiries, and database.

Explaining eligibility criteria and assessing prospective student’s eligibility for applying to the university.

Understand prospective students’ requirements and guide the student with the right program fitting his/ her requirements.

Keeping a record of all the calls and notes of useful information.

Conducting Credibility interviews for Indian applicants applying to the partner university

Ensuring the videos are recorded, the credibility interview sheet is filled duly after each interview and shared with the partner university compliance team

Update on the outcome of the interview with the Gresham team member

Liaising with the Gresham team for any information/query before the interview

Updating the Gresham team in case a student is found violating the rules while giving the credibility interview

Updating the LMS software with the required 

Support compliance manager with CAS & Visa process as per the UKVI guidelines. 

Assisting the team with application submissions or any other admission related work

Calling the Students who have attended our seminars and events

Explaining the University's courses and gauging the interest of the student

Schedule counselling meetings with the counsellors.

Update CRM with student details regularly and effectively.

Follow up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.

Provide administrative support comprising of document filing, application submission, and scanning of documents during the admission process.

Assist in student admission processes based on partner university requirement.

Be willing to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management.


Location - Chembur, Mumbai. This is a full-time office-based role.
